Role and Responsibility 1. Work as member of global product development team independently then interdependently; 2. Design, develop, and deploy software product according to project development plan; 3. For the details, according to but not limited to previous experience, will be assigned to own one or multi tasks like: a. Requirement analysis and algorithm design b. User Interface layer design and implementation c. Instrument layer design and implementation d. Configuration management, software build and release control e. Process administration and quality assurance f. Test development, execution, and tracking 4. As an individual, deliver the commitments on time with the highest quality 5. As a member of the team, to be jointly accountable for effective and efficient interactions; 6. As a team, ship the project on schedule with superior customer satisfaction; Qualifications: Must: 1. Major in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant specialties. Bachelor degree with three years direct working experience, master degree with one years direct working experience at least; 2. Solid programming experience using C++, C on User Interface or firmware development; 3. High energy level with great willingness to take challenge, work hard; and with high Esprit de corps; 4. Excellent English; Desired: 5. Solid programming experience on Microsoft Visual Studio will be highly recognized; 6. Familiar with development discipline or process like PLC, RUP, CMM... 7. Have experience on quality assurance and regression testing; 8. With domain experience on test and measurement, especially high frequency measurement, or GPIB based test automation development.
